Rewrite README for BitcoinPurple Docker fork

Replace upstream eIquidus documentation with fork-specific content:
- Fork attribution and BitcoinPurple customizations section
- Docker quick start, configuration, and management sections
- Backup & restore instructions using tar.gz + sudo
- Remove Exor-specific sections (crowdfunding, PM2/forever, manual install, crontab, TLS, donations)
