Aggiunge .gitignore per stato locale di Obsidian e file di sessione
di Claude Code, e smette di tracciare .obsidian/workspace.json.

Elabora e traduce in italiano gli ultimi documenti grezzi in Inbox:
- Zhou et al. 2024, "Additive Manufacturing: A Comprehensive Review"
  (Sensors, peer-reviewed, CC BY 4.0): scheda fonte e riassunto.
- 5 schede tecniche ADDITIVA (AlSi10Mg, Inconel 718, Scalmalloy,
  Stainless Steel 316L, Ti6Al4V per SLM/DMLS): scheda fonte condivisa
  e 5 note di concetto in 03 Materiali con dati di produttore.

Aggiorna gli indici correlati, rimuove un duplicato della trascrizione
del corso gia' processata e sposta tutti gli originali elaborati da
00 Inbox a 90 Allegati.
